Who we are

Over the years, we've perfected our own marketing framework — integrating analytics, performance, and high-impact storytelling to deliver real results across every brand ecosystem.

Today, we are proud to be the strategic partner of leading brands across Latin America.

1. Durability & Reliability

There are a few comments related to premature failures, devices that stop working, and perceived limited durability. Although the visible volume is limited, these experiences may influence the confidence of potential buyers.

Opportunity: Reinforce messaging around warranty coverage, manufacturing quality, and technical support channels.

2. Audio & Image Expectations

Some users express specific dissatisfaction with audio performance and, in one case, with resolution.

Opportunity: Communicate more clearly the product's image and audio features, recommended settings, and key differentiators.

3. Software Support & Updates

An isolated comment refers to software support and updates. While it does not indicate a clear trend, it highlights the importance of providing clear communication around the product's digital lifespan.

Opportunity: Increase visibility of update policies, technical assistance, and after-sales support channels.

4. Brand Perception Risk

Some comments reflect broader perceptions around quality, manufacturing, or obsolescence, without always describing a specific experience.

Opportunity: Respond with empathy, and guide users toward support channels.

What the Conversation Is Telling Us

01

World Cup 2026 Is a Strong Purchase Driver

Consumers associate upgrading their TV with enjoying the World Cup at home. This creates an opportunity to highlight large screens, image quality, sound, and an immersive football experience through timely conversion-focused messaging.

02

Price Is the Main Consideration Barrier

Product perception is generally positive, but some users compare prices with competing brands and retailers. TCL should reinforce its value proposition by clearly communicating technology, benefits, promotions, financing options, and value for money.

03

Creators Are Key to Building Brand Trust

Audience engagement is often focused on the creator rather than the product itself. Working with credible creators in technology, gaming, and entertainment can make TCL's message feel more authentic while helping build long-term brand affinity.

04

Gamers Actively Compare Technical Specifications

Gaming audiences are informed and evaluate monitors based on refresh rate, FPS, response time, and performance versus brands such as ASUS and BenQ. Content should include clear technical explanations, real gameplay tests, and relevant product demonstrations.
