Our challenge: Create an e-commerce where pets are the protagonists, with products that provide them with well-being, creating a differentiator that allows us to connect with the audience and build loyalty through strategic and emotionally strong communication.

The result: A striking and friendly brand with its customers, whose “DNA” is the basis of its communication and emotional charge in each content: FURRY TEACHERS talks about the language of our pets, which is impossible to understand with human logic: we need to open our hearts, because love has four legs. When we translated these lessons into human language, we understood that happiness is a wagging tail and confidence sounds like a purr. From the paws of our furry teachers, we are going to learn what makes them happy, so that every day is a lesson in cat kisses and dog caresses.
